PAAC offers Universal Life
Plans available in the U.S. for foreign nationals
and U.S. citizens living abroad. These products
are subject to U.S. jurisdictional guidelines
for tax purposes. U.S. rates are applicable,
with policies offering tax-deferred cash accumulation.
Universal Life Plans
Asset Acumulator:
This product offers significant Accumulated
Values in the later policy years. Consequently,
it is ideal for several markets, including
: Key Executive Planning, wealth accumulation,
individual retirement planning, education
funding and family insurance planning.
Budget Manager Series
(I,II & III ): The Budget Manager
series was designed for markets such as
Family Insurance Planning, Estate Planning,
or any situation in which a low-cost universal
life product is needed.
Essential: This product
has minimum premiums lower than those found
in our other Life Solutions portfolios.
Its four distinct underwriting classes reward
a healthy lifestyle through lower premium
levels. The key feature of this product
is a guaranteed death benefit to age 100.
This plan also provides a 30 year guaranteed
death benefit (not to exceed age 95) at
a lower premium level. Essential is ideal
for several markets, including : Family
Insurance Planning, Education Funding, Wealth
transfer and Mortgage acceleration.
Essential Plus: This
product is designed for cases in which a
"middle of the road" premium is
needed, and it offers modest cash values
over the life of the policy. Consequently,
it is ideal for several markets, including
: Family Insurance Planning, Key Executive
Insurance, Buy Sell Arrangements and Pension
maximization.
First to Die: This
plan insures two or more lives under one
policy. The death benefit under the plan
is payable when the first insured dies,
with an option to continue coverage on the
surviving insured(s). The First to Die policy
can be used for Business Continuation plans
in the business market. In the family insurance
market, it can provide death benefit protection
for a dual income couple at substantial
savings over individual policies.
Pan-American
International Insurance Corporation (PAIIC)
PAIIC offers Universal Life
and Term plans in U.S.-dollar products for
non-U.S. citizens, non-U.S. residents and
non-Cayman residents only. Universal Life
Plans are highly flexible for wealth accumulation
and may offer substantial tax advantages.*
Those products are registered in the Cayman
Islands, B.W.I., and policy contracts are
available in Spanish**

A very low cost and highly competitive Universal
Life plan.
Term Life Plans
20 Year Term: This
Term Life plan is a 20 year level term plan
with premium rates that are guaranteed to
remain level for the full 20 years. This
product, which is available to residents
of Latin America only, is ideal for customers
who want the assurance of fully guaranteed
rates over an extended period of coverage.
Every 20 years, asumming satisfactory evidence
of insurability, the insured can exchange
his or her contract for a new 20 year contract,
so the new rates will be based on the insured's
attained age at that time.

AM Best Rating: A- (Excellent)
Assigned to companies that
have, on balance, excellent financial strength,
operating performance and market profile
when compared to the strandards established
by the A.M. Best Company. These companies,
in A.M. Best's opinion, have a strong ability
to meet their ongoing obligation to policyholders.
Moody's Rating: A3
Provided to companies with
a good financial sercurity and positive
outlook.
Fitch Security Seal
This certifications seal
was designed to provide a "black-and-white"
answer to the simple question most policyholders
ask when buying insurance: "Is this
a financially strong company that I can
feel safe buying insurance from?"
The Fitch Security Seal
provides a simple "yes".
Companies seeking this certification
must go through Fitch's rigorous due-diligence
process, achieve an international scale
insurer financial strength rating of 'A-'
or higher, and have a minimum of five years
of operating history.
Fitch is an international
rating which is a combination of Fitch IBCA
and Duff & Phelps Credit Rating Co.,
provides ratings for Financial Institutions,
Insurance, Corporates, Structured Finance,
Sovereigns and Public Finance Markets worldwide.
